One of the jobs of the HOA is to ensure the Architectural Guidelines for the community are maintained. This helps maintain the value of each of our properties within the community and helps create an esthetic feel.
In order to facilitate this job, we require every homeowner to submit plans to make improvements to the exterior of their home. These plans are evaluated by a committee of residents to verify that each project conforms to the most basic requirements of our community.
Applications need a copy of your property plat, current photos of your residence and samples of the materials being used. Depending on the change being requested, additional documentation may be needed. The guidelines can provide detailed information on what is required for each type of modification.
