To ensure collection, all containers must be kept clear of snow and be easily accessible, not buried in snowbanks. We will not service any container that cannot be safely accessed. Click here for more cart placement information.
 
Due to the winter weather conditions and our efforts to restore services, this week's collections will follow the adjusted schedule below:
 
Wednesday, January 8: Collection on Friday, January 10
 
Important Reminder:
Our crews prioritize safety. If a street is deemed unsafe for collection, service will not occur. If your items are not collected by the end of the scheduled day, please pull them back to your home. Service will resume on your next regularly scheduled collection day, and we will remove all accumulated items upon our return.
 
Service Schedule for the Week of January 13th:
Continuing from last week's adjusted schedule, services for the week of January 13 will follow a one-day delay:
 
Wednesday, January 15: Collection on Thursday, January 16
