The Center may be rented by Gleneagles Residents that have paid their assessments in full. To rent the community center there is a $500 security deposit which is returned less any charges within thirty days from your event. In addition to the deposit, the rental fee is $200.
A security officer may need to be present for your event which is a separate $35 per hour. Security is needed anytime there is a band, DJ, alcohol or if it is a teen party being hosted. An officer is required for any party going beyond 6pm. This policy is also subject to the discretion of management.
All payments must be made three weeks prior to your event date. Failure to meet this deadline can result in voiding your contract. Please visit during center hours to make payments. Cash, check or money order are accepted. Card transactions are assessed an additional $15 convenience fee.
